1. Repairs: Please note that repairs may be visible, as we use the closest color thread available, which may not match the original thread used. We strive to achieve the best result possible, but exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed.

2. Additional Buttons: When adding buttons to a garment, please be aware that the buttons provided may not be identical to the existing buttons on the garment. We will do our best to find a suitable match, but an exact match cannot be guaranteed.

3. Item Collection: If items are not collected within six weeks of completion, a storage charge will be applied. If the items are not collected within a reasonable timeframe and the storage charge remains unpaid, we reserve the right to either sell the items to cover our costs or donate them to charity.

4. Information on Sold or Donated Items: In the event that items are sold or donated due to non-collection, we will not provide specific details on how they were dealt with. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. 5. Tailoring Process: We take the time to carefully measure and show our customers the expected end result of their tailored garments. If additional tailoring is required beyond the initial alterations, there may be an extra charge.

6. Re-alteration Charges: In the rare case that an item we have previously altered or repaired using a hemming machine experiences stitching issues within three months, a re-alteration will be subject to normal charges.

7. Final Check Responsibility: We kindly request that you thoroughly check your tailored garments before leaving our store. Once the items have been collected and left our store, we cannot take any responsibility for any issues that may arise.

8. Pre-Payment: Payments for our tailoring services are required before the work is commenced.

9. Used Items: We do not assume any responsibility for any marks, such as make-up, dirt, or any other stains, on used items left in our store for tailoring. We value your business and aim to provide the best service possible

10. Zip replacement on any item; colour and style will not 100% match however we will use similar zip to replace

11. if a zip we have replaced has any problem related to part where we replaced, we will replace it with a brand new one again within 3 months.

12. We are only responsible for specific place where we are altering, repairing, restyling, for example, if we are shortening a trousers, we will only do the work on the bottom of the trousers, we will only press bottom of the trousers, we will do not take any responsibility what so ever with any other problem that the trousers already has. this applies for any work we provide
